Where it all began
Born from years of experience in the healthcare sector, Signature Foundation was founded in 2026 by the founders of Signature Healthcare Ltd, driven by a shared belief that access to essential services should not be determined by circumstance.
Through their work in healthcare, they recognised that many vulnerable communities continue to face barriers to basic needs, including healthcare and education. This experience inspired a broader vision: to extend their impact beyond clinical settings and help create opportunities for those who need them most.
Today, Signature Foundation is committed to improving access, building awareness and changing outcomes through initiatives that promote healthcare, education, wellbeing and sustainable community development. Supported by an experienced team with hands-on healthcare expertise and trusted local partners, we work alongside communities across Kenya to create meaningful change and build a healthier, more equitable future for all.

Our Purpose
Why this matters
93% of health facilities in Kenya cannot provide basic outpatient services. Kenya also faces a high maternal mortality burden, with the figure around 510 deaths for every 100,000 live births.
Access to healthcare professionals remains a challenge for many communities, with a frequently cited estimate of around two doctors for every 10,000 Kenyans.
However, with targeted community action such as free medical camps, healthcare education and awareness, more Kenyans can gain access to better healthcare.
